1.We can not be held responsible for any damage to furniture left in the work area, we will do our best to protect goods with dustsheets and we are fully insured for any damage to carpets or public spaces around your property

2.We guarantee all internal works for 5 years and all external work for 2 years. this guarantee only covers any workmanship that has not been carried out correctly and does not cover wear and tear or the natural movement of timber and does not cover \"Settlement\" from large building projects

3.If you are charged a \"fee\" for project management or large building projects this is a management fee based on the time booked out of my diary and is non refundable once work has commenced and is based on the total time estimated. I have to turn away other projects to honour the times booked in at your project therefore any deposits are not refundable.i:e if you run out of money, get divorced ect. smaller projects are priced per job and \"fee\'s\" are included in a set price unless stated on your invoice

4. All work and timescales are estimates and may change if we find any issues that may take longer, this will be discussed as soon as possible

5. We only accept payment by bank transfers and an invoice will always be provided

6.We do not allow other tradesmen on site unless we are provided a copy of their public liability insurance to show they are covered for any damages

7. By \"WE\" This means any sub-contactor hired by \"ALLSTARS PROPERTY SOLUTIONS\" Owned and managed by Sean Mills

8. We are fully insured and take great pride in our work and these terms reflect the fact we are not willing to lose money if our customers are dishonest or do not have the funds available to complete large project for the time scales booked.
